Agricultural Cultivation Solar Greenhouse Series
The mobile insulated-film-structured solar greenhouse manufactured by Beijing Jiatai New Materials Co., Ltd. is a new type of energy-efficient solar greenhouse. Its walls are constructed from a specially formulated, PVC-coated, insulating film—a flexible material whose thickness has been reduced compared with traditional wall systems—thereby increasing the cultivated area and land-use efficiency. In terms of thermal insulation performance, Jiatai’s solar greenhouses offer distinct advantages: when outdoor temperatures drop below –27°C and prolonged overcast conditions persist for more than three consecutive days with no sunlight entering the greenhouse, the internal temperature remains above 6°C even after the shading curtains are opened. The structure of the solar greenhouse consists primarily of three components: flexible walls, a rear roof, and a front roof. The walls serve three key functions: heat retention, heat storage, and structural support. The frame provides essential support, while the transparent covering material is designed to maximize light transmission and can be integrated with an intelligent real-time monitoring network. Jiatai’s solar greenhouses provide reliable support for the cultivation of various vegetables, thereby contributing to rural revitalization. These greenhouses have been widely deployed in numerous projects across Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Tianjin, Hebei, and other regions.
