The farmer, beaming with joy at the bountiful cucumber harvest, repeatedly praised the fact that cucumbers could be planted and harvested even in the cold winter, his face alight with happiness. He said, “This greenhouse is truly excellent. I’m growing cucumbers, and I expect a yield of 20,000 jin per mu. At 3 yuan per jin, this will boost my income by 60,000 yuan.”
